Lounge Access Information

United Club

Terminal C, A-North, & A-South:

 In order to access the United Club, one must:

  • Be a United Club Member

  • Have a United Club one-time pass (available for purchase)

  • Be travelling in first or business class on a qualifying United Itinerary

  • Be traveling in first or business class on a qualifying Star Alliance Itinerary

  • Be a Star Alliance Gold passenger flying in any class on a qualifying itinerary

United Polaris Lounge

Terminal C:

     In order to access the United Polaris Lounge, you must hold a first or       business class ticket on a United Polaris Marketed Flight. Passengers         travelling on qualifying international itineraries on Star Alliance                 carriers will be allowed access to the Polaris Lounge.

United Arrivals Lounge

Terminal C:

     In order to access the United Arrivals Lounge, you must hold a                 First or Business class Ticket on a qualifying international United              Airlines or Star Alliance flight.

American Airlines Flagship Lounge

Terminal D:

     In order to access the Flagship in Terminal D, one must:

  • ConciergeKey Member

  • Passengers in First or Business Class on a qualifying American Airlines or OneWorld Itinerary

  • Qualifying AAdvantage Platinum, Platinum Pro, Executive Platinum Customers

  • Qualifying OneWorld Sapphire and Emerald members

  • One Day Pass Holders (Available for Purchase)

American Airlines Admiral's Club

Terminal D:

     In order to access the Admiral's Club in Terminal D, one must:

  • Be an Admirals Club Member

  • Passengers in First or Business Class on a qualifying American Airlines or OneWorld Itinerary

  • Qualifying AAdvantage Platinum, Platinum Pro, Executive Platinum Customers

  • Qualifying OneWorld Sapphire and Emerald members

  • One Day Pass Holders (Available for Purchase)

American Airlines Arrivals Lounge

Terminal D:

     In order to access the American Airlines Arrivals Lounge in Terminal D,           one must hold a first or business class ticket on a qualifying American           Airlines or OneWorld operated international flight.

Qantas First Class Lounge

Terminal D:

 In order to access the Qantas First Class Lounge, one must hold a qualifying first class ticket on a qualifying OneWorld Itinerary. OneWorld Sapphire members on qualifying itineraries may also access the lounge.

Qantas Business Class Lounge

Terminal D:

In order to access the Qantas Business Class Lounge in Terminal D, one must hold a first/business class ticket on an eligible Qantas Airways or OneWorld flight. Additionally, OneWorld Sapphire and Emerald members on eligible OneWorld flights may access the lounge.

Delta Sky Club

Terminal B:

     In order to access the Sky Club in Terminal B, one must hold an International business class ticket on a Delta Airlines Flight. If you do not have an International business class ticket, a Club day pass is available for purchase.

Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse

Terminal B:

     In order to access the Clubhouse in               Terminal B, one must hold an Upper class     ticket on a Virgin Atlantic Airways Flight. If     you do not have an upper class ticket, a      Clubhouse day pass is available for                purchase.

Emirates Lounge

Terminal D:

     In order to access the Emirates Lounge in        Terminal D, one must hold a first class          ticket on an Emirates Flight. If you                 do not have a first class ticket, a Lounge       day pass is available for purchase.

KLM Crown Lounge

Terminal B:

     In order to access the Crown Lounge in        Terminal B, one must hold a business class ticket on a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Flight. If you do not have a first class ticket, a lounge day pass is available for purchase. The Crown Lounge is a member of the priority pass network.

American Express Centurion Lounge

Terminal A:

     In order to access the Centurion Lounge, one must hold a valid same day boarding pass and must have either an American Express Platinum Card or an American Express Centurion Card.

Alaska Lounge

Terminal B:

     In order to access the Alaska Lounge, one must be an Alaska Lounge member or be travelling on a first class itinerary on an Alaska Airlines Flight. Alaska Lounge is a member of the priority pass network.
