The City of Delightful Bay is a purely fictional island-city located off the East Coast of Florida. It is located about 44 miles East of the city of Jacksonville. 

 

The Island was founded by an oil company called Tri-Island Energies. There was oil found underneath the mountain on the island and on the North shores of the island. The island was developed over a few years and grew into one of America's major cities.

 

The island was developed around the mountain. The Uptown part of the city is located on top of the mountain and the Downtown part of the city is located on the underside of the mountain. 

 

The city attracts tourists because of the beaches, and Disney's new park: Disney's Delightful Bay Studios.
